Four Seasons did it again! On an excellent location near downtown, business areas, historic Chapultepec Castle and POSH Polanco. Superb decor and even better service. A top class array of eateries and an outstanding set of amenities.

My BF and I had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons México City over New Years! The property was beautiful (I could live in the courtyard). The beds were blissfully comfortable. The coffee shop in the lobby had delicious pastries and coffee. Last, but certainly not least, the staff was first rate. They were incredibly helpful and warm. Look forward to returning to this fabulous city and hotel in the future.

We only stopped in for some drinks and light food, but it was marvelous. We had a great intimate spot by the fire. You must try their Frijolito drink. THE most amazing drink I've ever sipped on. Period.

Everything from the housekeeping staff to the two restaurants were amazing. However, the rooms were not very sound proof and the tour that the concierge helped us book was terrible! Minus 1 star for the horrendous tour that we had to put up with.

four season sunday brunch - beyond words.
this is how fs made me fall in love with its brunch;
food- oh my god, they look simple but they taste heaven
atmosphere - absolutely beautiful garden
bathroom - so cozy and smells nice
staff - ever so kind helpful and even witty

Lovely hotel with a great courtyard. Helpful and accommodating staff.
I got a suite facing the courtyard. It was peaceful and quiet. And I loved having those huge windows that open fully.
The room was clean and lovely, though a little under decorated I felt. The bathroom definitely needs and upgrade. There was also not many amenities in the bathroom;apart from soap and shampoo. No mouthwash etc. Felt very spartan.
There was a nespresso machine, with 4 pods, but no tea etc.

Over all, nice hotel. Feels a little dated in some places, lobby and courtyard are amazing areas.

Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Great bar and courtyard area. Breakfast buffet was good, but a la carte also available. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

We spoke with the bartender named "Jimmy" he was great at suggesting other craft cocktail places. Plus he made great drinks. Great atmosphere and amazing drinks.

The hotel grounds are just beautiful. The staff is attentive and helpfull which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Generous size room and bathroom. We were lucky to have the pool pretty empty. Highly recommended to stay here. Also, delicious food.
