  Excellente servicio y calidad en sus arreglos florales. Ya somos clientes de varios años y siempre nos han dado un servicio de primera. Hemos pedido flores para nuestros eventos empresariales asi como para entregas personales y de negocios. En alguna ocasión hemos pedido a otra floreria solo para ver el servicio y la calidad pero la verdad es que no se pueden comparar. Esta floreria de verdad que se preocupa por la calidad de sus arreglos, y si hay algun problema imediatamente lo resuelven y de una manera muy atenta.

  Pesimo servicio! De los dos arreglos que envie, ninguno llego correctamente. El primero no fue entregado y el segundo llego con mensaje incorrecto. No recomiendo a esta compañia. Me parece que en internet se puede localizar a otras.
  
  Horrible service. I ordered two flowers for diferent destinations. The first order wasn't delivered and they do not return the money. The second set was sent with the wrong message. Aditionally, very bad customer service.

  Peor tienda de flores del mundo, nunca compren en esta tienda.
  
  Compre un arreglo de flores para mi mujer para celebrar mi aniversario pero nunca lo entregaron. No me marcaron a ella ni a mi, 10 dias despues de la fecha inicial de entrega seguia intentando que hiceran la entrega del arreglo. Les envie 5 mails y llame 5 o 6 veces sin exito, por lo que 10 dias despues del aniversario pedi que me devolvieran mi dinero a lo que se negaron. Ademas la persona que me atendio me empezo a gritar e insultar.
  
  Encima el mismo dia de hacer el pago del arreglo floral con mi tarjeta de credito, me hicieron un cargo un por internet en mi tarjeta de credito de 16000 MXN por alguien de la empresa.
  
  Nunca compren aqui por su bien y el de su tarjeta de credito

  DO NOT BUY from Flores de Mexico. They are thieves without caring about the customer. They failed to deliver my order and refused to return the money. Marco Antonio Martinez, the owner, was not helpful and did not care at all. Worst flower shop ever. I will be lodging a complaint with the authorities
