El hotel y las instalaciones de primera calidad, los trabajadores muy amables, ademas de gentiles y amistosos. El aula muy buena y con todas lad comodidades que se podrian esperar. El buffet rico y variado, incluso con opcion a pedir a la carta, los meseros muy amables tambien. Baños limpios yde primera. En una plaza comercial grande y con acceso a las principales vias de la ciudad El unico pero que le pondria es que el lobbi está en el primer piso de lo cual no hay señalización en la planta baja y es confuso

Really nice hotel in Pachuca city. Stying here for a second time already. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Recommending place for business travels.

Nice hotel for business purposes. Cafeteria inside the hotel is pretty good (quality and quantity). Service is friendly and nice. Parking is part of a large shopping facility. So need to change your parking ticket for a courtesy ticket at the lobby to exit the parking with no charge. Must park near the hotel so surveillance cameras can monitor your car. This was suggested by security officers of the hotel.

Comfy. The location is on a shopping mall, so there are a lot of people. Employees are kind and parking lot is suited for a lot of people.

It's a big hotel, It looks like the rooms are nice and comfortable, I went there to the pet store that is on the first floor, very nice staff.

Increíble el hotel. A pesar de estar junto al boulevard no hay ruido. El servicio muy bien y los cuartos muy bonitos. Y lo mejor!? La alberca climatizada. Un buen lugar para ir con la familia.
