Pésimo servicio. Compré un Ecosport 2014 nuevo, desde la entrega ha sufrido varias fallas pricipalmente el clutch. Revisaron el clutch 7 veces y su conclusión fue que mi esposo y yo no sabemos manejar! Teniamos una 8tva revision programada pero el clutch no aguantó y se tuvo que cambiar un día antes. Nunca se hicieron responsables por la garantía. El clutch venia mal formada/armada de fabrica. Cuando hice reclamo después del cambio de clutch me dicen que si solo hubieran tenido oportunidad de revisar por octava ves tal ves hubieran podido hacer algo!

Very arrogant management; I asked to speak to a manager about a problem and they would not meet with me. Bad attitude regarding my extended warranty too. Unbelievably bad service department and a very snotty receptionist.

Es un asco su servicio, no hay quien responda las llamadas, les dejamos un vehículo a servicio y una semana después no lo entregan que porque el técnico está en curso, y les vale que tú necesites tu auto.
Pides hablar con la gerente y no te da cita ñorque está muy ocupada y no le interesa que necesitas tu vehiculo.

Lleve mi auto a servicio y me atendieron super rápido y me lo entregaron en la hora indicada, a precio razonable, por cierto me gustó muchísimo la camioneta Ford Raptor no creo que haya otra mejor
