I would like to give more stars, the bad thing is that it took 6 months to tell me that the part of my ps2 could not be obtained, and I had to be asking myself on WhatsApp without any answer, I have no doubt that the engineer is an expert, since he knows how to give precise diagnoses, however I see that they have the problem of resource management, logistics, customer service, what I see positive is that they do not seek to charge you for things that are not, however I do not know if I would recommend them as before, I hope in others consoles change my experience in the future.

It is an excellent place to take your damaged consoles, I took my PS4 for failure that it did not send an HDMI signal and they left it as new, the delivery time is reasonable and finally, those in charge of repairing your console are very kind and they understand your suffering.
Without a doubt the best option in Puebla
I recently took my PS4 console for a maintenance service because it made a lot of noise with the fan, they gave it maintenance and they left it as new again, the quality of care has not decreased since the last time I took my PS4
