I ordered my bass from your online store, I bought it at a discount and it also arrived two days earlier than expected in good condition. The service from the moment I had questions about the shipment until it arrived was very good and fast.

An excellent place, full of beautiful guitars and basses. The attention received by Lalo was very good, and in general the staff. The only negative point I have to emphasize is that the online service is poor. I bought my first guitar out there and to receive details by messages on the same page they answer indifferently; in my 1 to 1 session they stood me up, etc. I bought my guitar knowing that it was going to arrive well and that it is a good music store and it did. I arrive in excellent condition and very well adjusted. Shame about the online service. Still, when you physically visit her, the attention is another bummer.
