Internet reservado por tres días que no funciona, una oficina que no responde cuando llamo para reportarlo. 5 mensajes en facebook, incontables por whastapp, mas de 10 emails y un pago hecho por un servicio no recibido. Una falta de compromiso y sobre todo, de respeto y educacion por un cliente que no ha hecho otra cosa que intentar recibir una respuesta. Nunca más.

El auto lo entregaron con "combustible" que debía rendir cierto kilometraje y se consumió a la mitad del trayecto.

Hola, buenas noches; me interesa rentar un auto y quisiera saber cuales son los requisitos para el arrendamiento; he notado en otras agencias que requieren tarjeta de credito, de la cual yo no soy acreedor de alguna, de ser que ustedes la soliciten ¿cuál es la solución a mi problema?

Pésimos. Para 'aceptar' el seguro proporcionado por la tarjeta de crédito piden que se cubra el valor total del auto en renta, ridiculos.

Excelente servicio tienen promociones, pregunta por ellas, la atención es buena, los servicios ya incluyen seguros base, en otros lugares esos servicios suben el precio del vehiculo

Worst experience ever. Not promising what they say online, they force you to upgrade you to a more expensive car, higher insurance rate, going from a "RENAULT LOGAN 1.6" to a "mercedez benz". Forcing one to get the insurance as its optional but sales guy wanted it to sound as if it was part of it by force. Also guy gave me an ultimatum of getting another car or you might not find another. Price went from 44 dollars online to almost 120 price for 2 days at site, not including taxes. Definitely not a place to do my business and would not recommend at all, messed up my plans but went with avis.
