Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was awesome, wife enjoyed her spa day. Food and drinks very good. Room was clean and whole place was really nice.

Second time coming here!
The hotel is very nice and spa services are on point. Once you're at this hotel you can walk to Puebla downtown and all the little nice parks that surround it.
The staff is very friendly, it has private parking, which is a plus in Puebla, and the breakfast a la carte is excellent.response / report this review -

Beautiful historic building, made into a boutique hotel. Awesome, attentive staff. I used the spa service and thoroughly enjoyed my facial and massage. Breakfast was included and it was okay. Rooms are nice, clean and up to date. I would definitely stay here again.

They cook the best Chiles en Nogada in whole México!!! It's a must if you visit Puebla. Beware, the season is only between July and September.

The reception is not that welcoming and promised cóctel never happen, the breakfast was included on the rate but receptionist say no then we dig out for proof, very uncomfortable. Also this hotel DOES NOT allow guests in your room after 10 pm, you will be staying in your aunt convent house. This is more a MOTEL for couples scaping DF and having Fun Far away of witnesses.
You can find much better hotels in the area, for better prices and full services of what you pay for.response / report this review -

Las instalaciones están muy bien visualmente. No es nada amigable para personas con problemas de movilidad, hay escalones para todos lados. Está muy bien para mujeres solteras y parejas. No lo recomiendo tanto para familias. Excelente ubicación cerca de la catedral. Tiene estacionamiento pero solo con valet parking.
