  Pésima atencion para servicio a domicilio cuando quieren té envían y cuando no hay ganas de la atención al clientes té dice no tiene cobertura a tu domicilio cuando siempre solicito mi pizza a sucursal polanco !!!!!!!

  This is mainly a delivery location with a lot of delivery guys in and out all the time, but it's also good for grabbing a bite, there are a couple big high tables. There is no restroom at the location.

  hice pedido por internet, y en el correo que me llego decia que si no llegaba en 30 min era gratis, pero se tardo 1 hora en llegar y aparte nos la querian cobrar, obviamente no la recibimos; pero no es la primera vez que sucede en sucursal POLANCO!!!!

  Vergonzoso. Hice mi pedido a las 10pm y al llamar una hora despues porque ni llegaban ni me llamaban, me dicen que ya es mas tarde de las 11 y no me pueden enviar nada. Nos quedamos sin cenar por la incompetencia de estos señores.

  Absolutely horrible service! I ordered a pizza last Thursday night and it never was delivered. Tried calling them back and nobody answered. Finally gave up and ordered pizza from Tommy's pizza.
