Very good help if your sick!
My favourite place to get fixed at.
Anything from a fever to a broken hand.
The service is quite slow, but it is cheap and very professional.
If you're lucky you might get to see the cute doctors working here.
As a Canadian visiting Cancun I have to say I was treated with no respect and rudeness by the staff from the front to the nurses and the main doctor in charge of the clinic. I arrived with a certified letter from my doctor from Canada just before I left making sure I had this letter so when I arrive to Cancun I can be treated with respect as to what I need in terms of maintaining my health while I'm away in a different country as a visitor. So I arrive and show my letter and all the medications that I am currently taking and the doctor did not take it into account that I needed my 1.) weekly testosterone injections. He refused to inject my prescribed testosterone with my name pharmacy information, certified letter and consent on on doctors behalf that I need this weekly injection. In fact he yelled at me in spanish said a few things I couldn't understand . Than the nurse yelled at me and told me to get out! Can you believe this? I'm a Canadian coming into your country as a visitor and this is how you treat us? I was so upset and disappointed when I left Cancun I told myself I will never return to Cancun ever again. How could people be so rude and treat someone so poorly, especially if your not from there country? Have we Canadians done something wrong here? I just wanted to enjoy my vacation and take my testosterone injections as it is vital for my health and well being. That's all. I didn't need to be yelled at and treated like I was a criminal. Very disappointed please do not visit the Red Cross at this location they are very rude. Visit pharmacy Ahhorro, they helped me out with all my needs medically and they administered my weekly testosterone injections with my letter certified by my doctor with no problems. Thanks just want to share my experience with everyone when I entered the Red Cross for help.
