Terrible service, I do NOT recommend it at all.
I had my policy with them, from one day to the next they cancel it without giving me any prior notice, I found out about this several days after it was canceled, so go to the app and there I see "Cancelled Policy"

I try to contact customer service, they don't answer by phone, they don't answer on social networks either, in the App there is a section to contact them but there are never agents available.

It is a great irresponsibility of this company to cancel policies just like that, it could have gotten me into a big problem in case of an incident.

I ended up changing my policy to another company, in this case it was Miituo, a company that I already know because another of my cars has been insured with them for more than 3 years without any problem.

ALERT SEE BEFORE YOU BUY
This company offers you "low" prices, however it has conditions (requirements that it asks you for when you made the purchase) in the fine print that if you have a claim they use to not pay you (clause 14 or 18 or 20). It is common that the application does not work and in the chat they hardly ever answer you. They try to get you down with a quick quote and generation, but when you need something it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to solve it. You're warned.

Check the company's response:

Before hiring this "100% digital" service, you must read the conditions and fine print. After 30 - 60 minutes of enjoyable reading you will come to the same conclusion as above.

Terrible service. Unfortunately I regret having changed for sure.

I had a claim and it turns out that according to the adjuster they have to charge me a double deductible. I complained, and later they confirm by WhatsApp that it is only necessary with 1, so that later they call me again and tell me that they were wrong and that it is with two.

They just scammed me and were not responsible for my claim, I will end up fixing my car on my own. I have a very bad taste in my mouth with the little experience I had with them. I'll change for sure.
