Overall this is a surprisingly nice hotel, especially compared to the typical US Courtyard. The rooms are a bit more upscale than expected, the restaurant is functional and convenient and the service is very attentive. While you will not confuse it for a luxury hotel, it's a very comfortable and functional hotel, especially for business travel.

The food at the restaurant is very good and I really like the size of the gym but the last two times I've stayed at the hotel, the room was not very clean and felt run-down.

Friendly staff, decent rooms, ok restaurant Pros: 2 for 1 happy hour on beer 7 to 9, complimentary valet service, good breakfast spread. Cons: Water in shower smells bad, view from rooms sucks compared to other hotels (see crown plaza). I could not exchange US currency or get pesos from counter, also see other hotels in area. Hope this helps

Nice, clean, new hotel, located at 10 mins by car to the city's center, the beds are quite comfy, no complaints at all, definitely I would stay at it again

Friendly staff. Fantastic rooms. Exercise facility with treadmills, elliptical, bikes and dumbells. English speaking is muy bueno.

It is a good hotel. It has amenities like laundry, room service etc. It has a bar and restaurant and location is good. It is at the entrance of emprasalia it park.

Very comfortable for english speakers with business center, restaurant, and bar amenities. The suites face the main road and are noisey, so prefer the standard king rooms as they are large and quiet.
