  Always a smashing place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff (though sometimes a little slow). Reasonably priced drinks, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Always look forward to my stay here!

  The location of this hotel is about as good as it can get if the reason you're staying is for the annual fair. It's literally right next to the fair. The service was good and so was the room service. The parking garage was pretty small but secure. There was always someone at the gate making sure only guests were parking there.

  Ir is near to the poliforum and that was excelent, because my session was there. The rooms have a japanese toilet and thas was great and a new experience. The service was really professional. Great job. Congratulations.

  Right in downtown Leon so parking is kind of a pain but it's that way everywhere. The staff is very friendly and professional. Most of them seem to speak English well. They have a good breakfast supplied by their in house restaurant. My room was spacious and clean. Definitely nothing to complain about there.

  Very nice hotel. The hotel has the best staff ever. All very polite and wabt to make sure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. Rooms are very clean and modern. The restaurant has very good food. The hotel is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here

  Modern and we'll appointed hotel in a convenient location. Staff are all great, most are bilingual. Great breakfast buffet including Mexican, US, and Asian foods.
