The staff here was very helpful to me! My registered international parcels arrived in Cabo (from La Paz) on a Friday when I visited this office. They told me they needed to get it into their system, that the half day on Saturday was not enough time, that I could have it on Monday at 11am. I came on Monday at 1pm, gave them the tracking numbers for my parcels. The postman checked the computer and knew what bag it was in, another postman went through the bag and found my two parcels. They were unopened, and contained the three Vostok Amphibia diving watches I had ordered.
Mexpost is slow, but this office is not the problem. My parcels were in Mexico City for 6 and 7 weeks, after arriving from Russia, and moved to Cabo in about a week. Since my parcels arrived in Mexico a week apart, and to Cabo on the same day, it is clear that Mexpost accumulates parcels for long periods before moving them. Mexpost turned a two hour flight between Mexico City and Cabo into a 7 week layover and 1 week land, sea, and land voyage, through Los Mochis, boat to La Paz, and to Cabo.

Me gusta, mucha gente se queja pero no se dan cuenta que hoy en día muchas personas compran por internet y lo pedidos se amontonan por los envíos gratis y eso eligen la mayoría, por eso deberían de apreciar el trabajo que hacen no es sencillo acomodar cientos de paquetes.

Nose merecen ni una estrella el servicio que ofrecen es el de nunca entregar los paquetes pero los hambriados cobran por el servicio y todavía el encargado dice sancionar a sus empleados y darte una pronta respuesta y nada. Cuando vas a las oficinas te entregan el paquete en estado deplorable es una verguenza si no quieren trabajar x favor larguense y den el empleo a otros.
