I have a patient there and he had a heart problem and his way of transferring was terrible, when he left the hospital to take him to this clinic in his old truck, they were going 140 kilometers on the peripheral,,,, that is very incompetent. They never answer the phone and the supposed visits to the patient are disastrous. Terrible service . I have video

Well..
Maybe it is not physical abuse but it is psychological, they tell you that while you are inside, you have no rights! Even being 26 years old.
The psychiatrist did not mention it, with a 3 minute consultation he already diagnosed you. (charging more than 5000 pesos)

And they do everything possible to convince the family that you are still ill and make them pay another 70,000 pesos for you to stay for 3 months. I didn't want to say this, but the staff has relationships with inmates.

Pesima experiencia, la persona que ingresé, se fugó, solo me llamaron, no escuche la llamada, yo no estaba en Mexico, pero no me apoyaron en nada, solo recibí la llamada de aviso y un whatsapp diciendome que se habia fugado de ahi en fuera en 2 semanas que no estuve no recibí ni una llamada ni nadami enfermo se reportó conmigo y me dijo que se había fugado despues de 3 días que lo mantuvieron encerrado y 7 dias de estar ingresado no recibía la terapia mi enfermo en tiempo y forma, llegaba tarde todo el personal, y la comida fue precaria y pesima toda la tarde los sientan a ver la televisión, no sirve obviamente la malla electrica, y la seguridad depende de un vigilante y una señorita (enfermera) muy amable que se llama Lizbeth, de ahí en fuera, todo el personal llega con un horario que no respetan no lo recomiendo vean mejor la clinica Cantú u otras opciones yo recibí apoyo por otro lado y lo resolví con mis medios, pero JAMÁS se comunicó nadie conmigo al ir por sus cosas, estaban resolviendo otra fuga, por lo que me tuvieron esperando una hora en la calle.
