It is a good real estate (it feels reliable and they are NOT abusive like Tecnocasa); however, I feel that your advisors need to improve communication with both parties - seller and buyer (as in my case) -. Also, I think that although the selling party is the one who pays their commission, they need to be more empathetic with the buying party.
