Excellent place to have a break!! If you want to have dinner or a drink in a fancy place but at the same time peaceful, casa lam and its restaurant "nueve nueve" is a great option. The service is excellent, the drinks are varied. The only thing I did not like is that the prices printed in the menu do not have tax included, and in Mexico all published prices (ideally) should include taxes. That is why I gave them 4 stars. But, all in all, the place is a very good option.

This is a fabulous cultural center in the middle of Alvaro Obregon, where you can find different expositions in the different rooms or patio that this antique house has. It's a free entrance so if you are passing by, is a great option to stop by and visit all the rooms and patio. Inside it has a wonderful restaurant with a great terrace so is a good idea to have lunch or dinner there

Great bookstore. Pretty good restaurant. Lots of cultural activities in this gorgeous early XX Century house in Colonia Roma.

Casual bar with a great selection of whiskeys. Upscale food offerings. Cool downstairs space for live music and private events.

A very well preserved jewel from Mexico City's agrarian past. A former hacienda that unlike many others, was preserved for posterity thanks to philanthropic efforts. Nowadays, is a cultural center with exhibit and gallery spaces, and a restaurant with very good food, in a well executed fusion of modern and colonial-era architecture.
