The worst place to go if you want real healthcare services This place will demand cash from you before your are seen and are the bottom of the bucket doctors. Their facility is aweful and they have very very old medial equipment. Go to H+ hospital outpatient services 15 minutes away. . It's a beautiful state of the art Private hospital. They take all insurance and don't make you pay cash.

My experience was something I would have never expected. I came in a mid-night with a broken arm, Dr. Mendoza and staff were wonderful. The staff did the intake as the nurses started tending to injury. The nurses and Dr's spoke very good English.
The Staff was unbelievably accommodating, not only to me but my husband which they ensured he had food , put in a bed right next to me and kept him informed. When we discharged they ensured we knew what to expect leaving the hospital. It was a great experience if the experience has to be breaking your arm.

Came down with some food poisoning so my visit wasn't under ideal circumstances. Arrived around midnight on a Monday and I was seen promptly. Doc was extremely knowledgeable and spoke perfect english. My case was pretty straightforward- just IV fluid and some e coli antibiotics. Cost $250 all told. Credit card machine didn't work but staff went above & beyond to help us get cash. Great experience!

I injured my knee while vacationing in mexico and came here.. The entire staff is friendly and courteous.. The facility is very clean.. I was treated by Dr Christian and he was extremely knowledgable and made me feel comfortable I'm glad that i selected this clinic

The only downside was that when i asked the receptionist what the price was before we started she said it's about $170 USD then when i finished i got a bill for $290 USD I guess the orignial quote was for the medical consultation and xray I did end up needing crutches also so maybe thats where the price difference came from

Other than that, the experience was perfect..

    Thanks Cento Medico!

My husband broke his ankle and needed 2 operations .The orthopedic surgeon seemed good and we will find out once back in Europe . The place was very clean and well equipped . There were 2 young doctors . They were courteous but did not seem very prepared . They were hanging around all day because there were no other patients. Because of their totally inflated prices
when we arrived we were asked for $ 4000 deposit , then 3000 for operation and this still seemed reasonable but at the end we received a bill for another .$ 59000
For medical services , nurses. Etc . There were practically no nurses
Surely not at night ,, the personnel spoke hardly English , and was not at all trained . and there was
no food . It had to be ordered from a restaurant and most of the time there was nothing . This is an institution to pull money out of tourists pockets , that have no other chance in an emergency

I sliced my forehead to the skull surfing and Dr. Flores and his staff were absolutely superb! His subdermal stitching was outstanding and my scarring minimal. Thank you very much.

I accompanied a friend to Centro Medico in Cabo San Lucas on April 8th 2013 after being referred there by the staff at the Hotel Finisterra. When we arrived we waited only a minute or two before entering the "consultation" room where a nurse immediately took my friends blood pressure. We were also required to pay $3000 up front!!! This nurse did not speak English so within a few minutes Dr. Adrian Sanchez arrived who did a thorough assessment of my friend. He spoke good English. Shortly thereafter another doctor, this time a surgeon showed up and completed another thorough examination and went through the same questioning as the first doctor. I found this highly unusual as in Canada ONE medical assessment by one doctor is usually sufficient to warrant further testing etc. These doctors as a team decided it was necessary to hydrate my friend using an IV even though my friend was perfectly capable of swallowing medication. I soon got the impression that this clinic must be a FOR PROFIT medical clinic as the staff decided it was absolutely necessary to keep my friend hospitalized over night so that they can do some lab work and continue to hydrate her using intravenous therapy. When lab results of stool samples, urine samples came back the diagnosis was urinary tract infection even though my friend had absolutely NO symptoms of a urinary tract infection! My friends chief complaint was black diarrhea and she was worried about internal bleeding which was her reason for seeking medical help. After staying overnight my friend felt considerably better and wanted to be discharged but was told that she needed to be seen by the surgeon first which couldn't happen for several hours as the surgeon was busy performing surgery! She was then told that the hospital administrator would have to see her too before she could go "home". At this point both of us were convinced that this was just another way to inflate the bill. My friend said she wanted to go home NOW but had to wait for her final bill where there was a balance of $2900! So for an 18 hour stay in a private hospital/clinic the total bill was almost $6000. They charged $1500 for the IV therapy alone. Considering that a woman can get a tummy tuck privately for less then $10.000 in Canada and considering that no surgery happened here I would say that this pricing for medical care for a "so called" urinary tract infection is simply outrageous. I suspect that the lab records could have been falsified. In Canada if a urinary tract infection is suspected, antibiotics are prescribed and the patient is sent home to recover. For diarrhea, antidiarrhea drugs are given, fluids are encouraged and the patient is sent home. To keep my friend overnight was totally unnecessary!!! It should be mentioned that the care and attention was stellar in every way (except that the medications needed upon discharge were NOT included the price). Do NOT go to this clinic if you need medical attention in Cabo San Lucas unless you don't mind paying thousands of dollars unnecessarily!!!
