The experience of swimming in a sink hole was amazing. We were there as part of a Chichen Itza tour. I just which we had had more time to really enjoy the water. The food in the restaurant is also excellent and they have a tequila store.
Very beautiful cenote, but it was super crowded. It's great for a quick cold dip in the water and then taking a power nap on the hammocks, not my favorite but would definitely recommend.
I could swim in Cenote!! it was a priceless experience for me. The Cenote was much bigger than I had expected!! I couldn't imagen how it had been created. You would be able feel the great power of nature!!
Beautiful! This place is something to be remember for ever. The water is cold but is very unique. My wife when in for a big swim and she enjoy the fish around her.
Very dishonest and rude. Before buying our tickets we wanted to ensure the place was pet friendly and we wouldn’t have any problem bringing in our very calm dog. And we were ensure several times it was. At the moment of wanting to enter the restaurant they refused to allow us to enter and wouldn’t give us a refund.
You'll love it! Most of the time this comes with the Chichén Itza it's excursion package.
If you're planning to buy some tequila, this is the place. Nov of 2017, 4 bottles for a $100, good quality and a lot of different flavors.
You won't find it anywhere else, take advantage of this, trust me!
So cool very nice sinote to swim in! Great buffet. Awesome tequila tasting. I highly recommend!
Amazing sinkhole, the view was great and water was really cool and great for a 🏊, just really deep. The guides and people were really friendly. Good spot to check out
Great place to visit. Lots of typical things to buy. Cenote is just fantastic and tekila museum is small but interesting.
We went here on a typical hot day, the walk down into the area is very refreshing, only $5 US for two life jackets (yes we both can swim but the stairs can get crowded and we didn't want to tread water for 15 minutes waiting to get out). Typical tourist site, get off the bus, funnel through the gift shop, get pushed toward the tequila museum then to the eating area. Food is quite good given the remoteness and the volume of people they need to feed. The painful part was the ride from Cancun as our tour guide only stopped talking long enough to take a breath.
A cute little place, didn't get to stay for as long as I would have liked. Good food, good swimming, lots of fish to chase in the water. Tequila and other gifts to purchase.
I wish I lived there on property and was able to swim in the Cenote day in and day out. It was amazing to be able to see something so beautiful in my life time. I never felt more blessed in my life then to be in the presence of the Cenote that day. It's a must see when you visit Mexico.
We didnt have time to go to the cenote here, but had an amazing time with the vendors selling authentic items, and speaking to the mayan shaman. Overall great experience, especially with our great tour staff of Augustin, Thomas and Alfredo the driver. 6 stars really
Breathtakingly beautiful with a gentle calmness once inside of the cenote. Amazing memorable experience!
If you've never been to cenote before you'll love it. Great to cool down from the outside heat and enjoy something that is unique to this region. As for the rest of attractions available on the site, it's a bit lifeless. The food in the canteen is good.
Words cannot describe how beautiful this place was. Cold water with little black fish swimming around you! Truly stunning place.
It was beautiful. We took pictures and they hardly capture how visually impressive this underground lake is. I found myself wishing I could have dropped in from the ceiling, but I wasn't there long enough to see if I could. The water was a cool 70 degrees or so which felt perfect in the hot humid climate.
It was visually one of the most impressive landmarks I have seen with the deep blues and green foliage surrounding the entrance.
