Stayed at master suit. The bed is too hard and pillows also hard and thick, very uncomfortable. Continental breakfast is not of good quality. Service staff is dishonest, they went through my personal belongings and smoke in our room. Far fom major attractions. I also have nice things to say: hotel is decently clean and located in a very safe neighbourhood, lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. Front desk staff very pleasant.

Ninguna estrella!!!!!!!!! (de verdad!)
Realicé mi reservación a través de Expedia la misma noche en la que me quedé. Cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que la habitación que había reservado (y de la cual Expedia ya me había realizado cargos) no estaba disponible, debido a que tendría que haberla realizado con al menos un día de anticipación (aclaración que no está disponible ni en la página de Expedia ni en la página del hotel). Tuve que pagar $900.00 (adicionales a lo que ya me habían cobrado) para que me dieran una habitación oscura, húmeda, vieja y lo más, más al fondo del penúltimo piso de éste lugar. Ah! la cereza sobre el pastel: la habitación incluye desayuno continental (café con pan). Si valoran su dinero, su comodidad y su tiempo, por favor, no se queden en éste hotel.

This place was adorable. The rooms were spacious and clean. It's situated on a well-kept, well-lit park and above a few cafes, about a 15 minute walk from the nearest subway station or a 10 minute walk to a business district. A great location and a great value. The people working were very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel, although the posted photos are a little (just a little) generous.
