  Cancun cosmetic dentistry where do I start ! I had the all on 4 procedure, The Doctor's and staff are the most genuine, honest, ethical ,kind caring, loving people. I was treated with the upmost respect and felt very comfortable everyday of my 10 day vist. If anyone is thinking about going to mexico & cancun cosmetic dentistry I say do NOT hesitate to contact Patty she is wonderful by the way, She will give you my info and you may call me or text and i can answer any questions you have. My experience has been amazing and i have made life long friends . DR.A is the best he went above and beyond what i expected! Don't hesitate to contact Patty and start the process of getting your smile back SO WORTH IT!

  My husband and I were very lucky to meet Dr. Germán Arzate years ago. Since then, we've been under his care. We live in Naples, Fl., and travel to Cancún for all our dental care. We had implants, cleaning, a bridge, etc. We have amazing vacations, and we have wonderful results under his care. Yes, we would definitely recommend Cancún Cosmetic Dentistry.

  I had my first experience with Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry about 6 years ago. While on vacation I had a horrible tooth ache. From past experience, I knew I needed a root canal. I walked into the clinic in pain and they instantly adjusted their schedule to take care of me. The treatment saved my vacation. During a follow-up visit I was asked if I wanted to get an estimate for a full mouth restoration. I had been given estimates in the USA and the pricing was insulting. I agreed to getting the estimate mostly out of politeness. About a year later I returned to have 16 root canals and 26 crowns installed. No doubt, there is nothing " fun" about getting dental work but the entire staff was professional and really cared about my experience and comfort. And I could not have been happier with my new smile. A few years later my local Dentist informed me that a few of the crowns needed to be replaced for a ridiculously expensive price. A few of the crowns had gaps in them which will allow food and bacteria to be exposed to the tooth below the crown and cause decay. Maybe the gaps were caused from my bite or maybe they moved over time. I can't honestly tell you what caused them to shift. Regardless, I contacted Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry and sent them the x - rays. They told me to come back to the clinic and they would take care of me. And that is EXACTLY what they did ( thanks Dr. Olivia :). Can you imagine a US Dentist offering a warranty for their work?
  I am a 💯% satisfied customer and all of my future dental work other than routine maintenance will be performed at Canucn Cosmetic Dentistry. The staff at the clinic have become more than my dental care specialists ... They are also my friends.

  CCD sold us on their dental experience and seminar work done by CCD's head doctor, German Arzate. Dental cost would be roughly a quarter of the cost in US, but we would need a small Mexico vacation to get there. The work we needed was a single implant and crown for my 18 year old daughter who lost a front tooth.
  Once at CCD, we were informed the my daughter's othro work had not made a large enough gap for a regular implant, however Dr. Arzate proceeded to do the work using a mini-implant after asking me if I wanted to continue. He freehand drilled into the gap and showed off the X-rays. The following day another dentist put on a crown and sent us home. We were told it would take a few weeks to heal up.
  It never healed, instead it became black, yellowish and very painful for my daughter to eat. We went to a dentist in USA and found the implant had been put in too shallow and was visible under the gum. Cancun Cosmetic Dental had also cemented the crown to the adjacent tooth to stabilize the implant. Once it was scrapped off the fake tooth wiggled around, searing pain for my daughter. We had to quickly get her into surgery to remove the offending implant.
  The costs to repair the damage done by Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry now stands at almost double the costs to on vacation and receive dental work at CCD. My daughter has dealt with 2 years additional ortho and surgeries for bone and tissue grafts to re-build the ridge back up after the drilling and infection. This has been a real nightmare for us, I'd suggest just staying local to get the work done, by a certified US regulated dentist. One you can go back to easily if there are any issues.

  Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry is a new and evolved way of approaching medical and clinic dentistry.
  From a small thing to a new bright smile German Arzate's team and himself personally will take business on his "own hands" through the best technology available out there and an important touch of art that makes the difference at the time of facing the true.
  Located in the main and most modern mall in Cancun the clinic is very well located and it counts with access to all facilities on the mall.
  Their patients are from all over the world, specially the US and Canada. My highest recommendation and congratulations for my own results!.

  I made several trips to fix a job poorly done. A crown over implants became loose after few months an was fixed.
  After three months same crown became loose again and I made other trip to be fixed!!
  And again after two weeks same crown loose . Money , Money...
  Bad work done by Dr. G.Arzate who lied to me!!!!
  I do not recommend this dental office!!!

  I had the best treatment in this office, Dr. German is good of what he does. Always had a pleasant experience with the rest of dentist and staff. You would not believe how clean the their dental office in Cancun, its cleaner that's my dental here in Pennsylvania. My dental advisor Patricia was very informative and helpful, she make my trip easy. I highly recommend and trust Dr. German to any dental surgery. He's was trained by Dr. Malo ( all on 4 inventor), and a member of American dental association.

I have never felt so good about so many people, Dr.Wendy, Dr. Cesar, and I am sure others that made my sessions very pleasant, and of course a very special thank you to Patty, who has always went out of her way to accommodate my wishes.

  We have been going to Dr. German at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry since 2012. I've had 2 implants installed and cleanings every year. My husband has had 3 implants and 16 veneers and cleanings as well. We couldn't be happier with the quality of service, friendliness of the dentists and staff. OH! and the prices are excellent. The facilities are impeccably clean and bright. The best part is that all it takes for an appointment is a simple email to Paty, our Coordinator, and we are in.
  
  When we arrive for an appointment, Paty is out within a few minutes with hugs for us and a catch-up conversation. She is a real gem.
  
  We give them our highest recommendation.

  I want to start by saying that I am a real and verifiable!!!!!!! happy customer of this clinic. When I was reading negative comments about the clinic and it's staff whom I meet and know for several years (every 3-5 month) I must say there is something wrong with credibility of individuals that posted it.
  Dr. German, Dr.Cesar, Dr. Olivia, Dr. Jesus , support staff, Miss Patricia are all perfect example of how our dental professionals in our home countries must be. We all who have dental issues seek resolutions to our dental issues and problems and sometimes compassionate treatment. I am sure so many like me never found neither one in places where we live, local dentists. I am not saying all our dentists are not good, NO. Im sure there are many really dedicated to their profession, I just did not find one.
  
  I could grade my experience in Cancun Dental office as1000% out of 100% POSITIVE. They all care about each patient and show it in professional and friendly way. There were so many times doctors and management of this clinic stepped out of their rules and polices or price list and performed procedures free of charge just because they cared about your dental health. This clinic is very busy all year long. Support staff Lilian and others pleasantly offer their help to fulfill prescription for you while you have procedures done. Lilian even accompanied me to the place I stayed after the procedure. Lilian, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! It is very hard to trust negative testimonials, looks like those who are not happy never been there, never met friendly and caring professionals! All customers I've met there in the waiting room and even spoke to them outside the clinic were extremely happy to be treated by Dr. German's team of Doctors! Period! All said IT IS UNBELIEVABLE that doctors like this are actually existing!
  I recommend this clinic to all who needs GOOD AND HONEST DENTISTS. I have real Hollywood smile now!
  When it comes to other dental Cancun clinic?-Sorry, never heard of any. Can not grade them. Any taxi drivers will always mention Dr. German's clinic! ONLY!

  Best in the world staff is excellent, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring and willing to go the extra mile. Had a lot of hear of dental procedures. This experience was wonderful, actually fun. I felt involved in my care. Everything was fully explained. Made sure I was happy with my teeth. It wasn’t about the money it was all about me. I felt very important and special. They gave me my smile and confidence back. I was able to eat and enjoy food again. Now I smile all the time. I always get compliments about my teeth and smile. You are all the best. I tell all my friends how wonderful everyone is. We were made to feel like family here. Thank you so much to you all everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, special and happy
