We booked online to do the Outdoor Adventure by Cancun Adventures and it was amazing. Jacob was so funny and did the tour along with his amazing staff. From the pick up to the activities to the very end we had so much fun! Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to do some great outdoor stuff !

Wonderful snorkeling adventure! The crew was very professional and a lot of fun! Jesus, Fred & crew made sure that everyone had a great experience. After snorkeling, we had a nice lunch, many drinks and learned to paddle board on a beautiful lagoon & a professional photographer recorded it all for us.

We did the Telum tour with snorkeling and Cenotes with Pedro as our driver and Jacob as our guide. They did a phenomenal job. Everything was on point. Very informative. The lunch was very very good. Service is exceptional. You had what you needed before u even knew you needed it. Highly recommemded. Pedro even looked after my mom and kept her busy when we were in the caves. We also did the sailing snorkeling and paddle board tour as well. Jerry and his crew were AWESOME. We had a great time on board and in the water. Many many Really cool pics were taken as well. Great job Cancun Adventures.

My first trip to Mexico and everyone said you have to do Chichen Itza. We hired Cancun adventures to take us. Jose was our driver and Oscar B. was our tour guide. They went beyond all expectation and we were very impressed with them. Oscar B. Was next level. He is very passionate and you can tell that he loves to teach about what he is showing. Out of our whole trip his service was by far the best. Thank you Oscar B. And Cancun adventures for making our trip that much better!

Amazing catamaran trip yesterday. Kevin and the rest of the crew took great care of us. The snorkeling was fun. The ride was beautiful and relaxing. The lunch was the best food we've had in Mexico so far.

We did the Cenote and Lagoon trip. It was a great half day trip, we were back at our hotel by lunch. Our guide and driver were excellent. The Cenote was private and they only took small groups at a time so there were only 8 of us in there. The lagoon was really cool, it's where the ocean meets fresh water. We saw a lot really cool fish here.

My wife and I booked the Whale Shark experience tour this past Tuesday and were horribly disappointed with the service and staff.The tour started with us being loaded onto a boat that barely made it out of the harbor before one of the engines failed and we had to return and switch to a different boat and captain which shortened the amount of time that we would get to spend with the whale sharks. Once we did make it out to where the sharks were some of the people on the boat got to swim with them while the rest of us waited in the boat. Then we got stopped by the coast guard who inspected the boat and captain. This set us back about another 1 1/2 hours. At the end of the inspection we were told that the captain did not have the permits required for this activity and that we needed to return to the marina immediately. The captain then took us to a different spot and told the passengers to swim with the sharks anyway even though we were just told by armed military that it was illegal. My wife and I did not get to do the swim and no one from the company will give us a refund. We have been trying to sort this out with them for a week now and no one will return calls or emails. We spent over $500 US and cannot get a refund from them. Absolutely worst vacation experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and book with a different company.

Took a snorkeling trip out of Cancun price was over $100 pp it was a joke!!! 20 minutes of snorkeling at a area that had hardly any fish and we were so rushed even though the weather was perfect so that wasn't the issue. Then a rushed 20 min. swim session which they have 3 paddle board to share with 35? people to share in that same 20 min. Then to be dumped off at a hot muggy Island for 3 miserable hour to be gouged by the locals- food was pricey and terrible!!!!!!!! The souvenirs were real pricey too!!! We rented 2 golf carts as recommended by the CA crew -not needed you can walk anywhere worth seeing in 10 min. The food on the boat was ok and the service good but you get a guilt trip lecture about their low wages and how much we should tip. I've been on several snorkeling trips and this was by far the worst!!!!

I was very prepared to post a positive review for this company after their extraordinarily poor communication led to them cancelling our honeymoon gift sunset sail because I THOUGHT that they had redeemed themselves. After radio silence on our reaching out we finally were able to place a call to them to confirm our pickup time only to be told they had no space for us and we were out of luck. After we had calmed down we called back to reschedule -- and she was so helpful in getting us arranged for today still that I was very ready to write a glowing review. We were more than happy to take our afternoon away from paradise getting ready for our sunset sail!! After waiting for about half an hour in front of our hotel for our pickup our bell stand received a phone call (Cancun Adventures has TWO cell phone numbers for us that we had activated calling in Mexico on purely to track them down earlier today but did NOT call us) claiming that our bellmen messed up, were supposed to put us in a taxi, and now it was too late. They seemed irritated with us that we were unable/unwilling to accept the offered alternatives (one we would be already back home for and the other would require us to cancel other commitments we had already made). Such an AWFUL experience with this company. A tremendous waste of our vacation time, money, and goodwill. Please avoid them at all costs!! There are FAR better tour operators operating out of the very same marina!!!!!!

Only book one excursion at a time!! I booked 3 excursions at one time and unfortunately got very sick and missed one. After I spoke with the rep I booked the trips through was I told that there is no refunds wasted a few hundred bucks.

We booked the 1/2 day catamaran & snorkeling tour out of Puerto Aventuras, and it was fantastic from beginning to end! Our lead guide (Diego) did a great job of explaining everything we needed to know about the reef & reminded us to be good stewards of the natural environment- don't touch anything! The entire crew was very entertaining & kept the boat ride fun & interesting! The reef itself was beautiful and we immediately saw 3 stingrays and 2 turtles - amongst other beautiful tropical fish & reef life. Once we were back onboard we enjoyed a delicious snack & as much as we wanted to drink! We cruised back to a calm inlet where we played water volleyball and some people did SUP. The crew joined in on the fun and were a blast! Sinto, Eddie, Diego & Capt. Luis on boat #8 made the trip so much fun! I would highly recommend Cancun Adventures catamaran trips! It was a great way to spend the afternoon and a good value for all the fun we had!

Had a blast on boat 4. Diego and Sugar were great as was the rest of he staff. The reef where we snorkeled was pretty crowded, but we saw a ton of fish, sting rays and a couple turtles. Great way to spend a morning

Myself and my family booked the "Mystic river and paradise lagoon adventure" and had a relatively small group of others traveling with us, our guide Pepe and our driver James were both exceptional at their jobs and Pepe kept us rolling in laughter the whole excursion. The destinations we went to were beautiful and he managed to provide information about the spots without sounding like a school teacher and you could tell he was interested in what he was talking about. If I take another trip to Mexico it will be high on my list to go on another excursion with Cancun Adventures.
