  El servicio no es nada bueno. No tienen vergüenza de lo mal que tratan a las personas, si uno va a informarce es porque tiene alguna duda o inconformidad para eso están, para orientar y apoyar, no para denigrar a los usuarios.

  Deberían darles vergüenza el pésimo servicio empezando con su déspota personal que por lo regular siempre te atienden con un geta, agua contaminada, cobros excesivos y absurdos, es una "porquería" esta secretaria.

  HOLA BUENAS TARDES. POR MOTIVOS DE CAUSA MAYOR, DEJE DE PAGAR MI CONSUMO DE AGUA, ESTOY PREOCUPADA PUES NO HE PODIDO PAGAR Y LO QUE ES PEOR ES Q YA DEBO DEMASIADO PUES CADA MES SE INCREMENTA MAS POR INTERESES MORATORIOS. ES DECIR DEBO MAS DE INTERESES QUE DE MI CONSUMO. HACE POCO ME ENTERE QUE ESTAN AYUDANDO A EJIDATALES Y OTROS DEUDORES A PONERSE AL CORRIENTE CONDONANDOLES CASI EL 100% DE SUS INTERESES.
