  2 and a half hours ago I reported that my neighbors had a party and had a chelas music riot and everyone without face masks, gloves or any protection, after three reports, they sent a patrol which passed with their little lights and all the antics and He continued on, then I received a call from C4 arguing that the officer did not tell them anything because they are at his address!
  Well, it is not supposed that meetings cannot be held at this time, why there is a contingency, and that it is not supposed that after a certain hour you cannot exceed X amount of decibels of noise, or else why are the schools closed , clubs, gyms, restaurants, etc. I say then why do they say that they report the meetings and why do they continue to maintain a risk traffic light if they can already carry out this type of activity?
