My daughter absolutely loves the Barcy Kids Club. Caring, professional staff and tons of activities to keep the kids busy. The Mini Disco at 8:15 and the carousel on the Maya Mall ate also a big hit. Andrea and Dani (Daniela) are wonderful.

It's very nice please!!! my daughter love this place so I had to recommend to everybody. Very good team kids love them!!!!!

Una atención de porqueria desde la recepción de llegada no están capacitados, mala atención en las albercas, no hacen la limpieza de la habitación, mal trato en los restaurantes de playa. Contados con una mano son los empleados que se desviven por dar una atención. No vengan, gasten su dinero en otro lugar.

Slow but friendly service. Has a big issue with bugs in room, but I guess it's because it's the tropics. With 3 dozen bites between 3 people, it made for an unpleasant stay though. Kids club is nice for family with children. Food in buffet has variety but lacks flavor. Many crucial items suspiciously unrefrigerated. Reasonable about making your stay better. Facilities well maintained.

Problemas con el ingreso pero todo solucionable el resto muy bueno exelente trato del personal. Esta es mi segunda estadia en 6 meses. Recomiendo

Good place to leave little kids for a couple of hours, while you sail in the ocean.
