  Spent a short 10 hours from check in to check out after needing a place to crash after a wedding. Beds were decent, hotel was clean but aging. Smelled like fries or burgers on the third floor from the moment the elevator doors opened. Good shower, not many perks in the hotel. Can't comment on location or general amenities but there was a pool. Would only stay again if we needed a place to sleep. Service was great and accommodating for a late night check in (2AM).

  Nice food and service. The room was on point. It's not expensive for a 5 star hotel. It's gotten a pool and a tennis court.

  The hotel is old and needs some repairs, plus the beds are not very comfortable. I wouldn't go back.

  Safest Hotel in Morelia. 24 hour room service. Amazing Restaurant with daily breakfast buffet. FRIENDLY STAFF.. GREAT SERVICE.
