  Cómo puede ser que te dejen fuera del tour, que planificaste por meses, sólo por que no están en su ruta. ¿para qué venden tours?. Jamás devolvieron el dinero full day 2pax a Chichen Itzá.

  We experienced great customer service from BD Travel in Cancun. We booked a private car from the airport to our hotel and back. Our drivers were courteous and professional. On the return to the airport, our driver was Edgar Suarez who was so friendly, spoke wonderful English and very informative about the areaWe will use BD Travel again and will request Edgar to be our driver!

  La peor experiencia, no contraten este servicio. Mentirosos y pésimo servicio al cliente. Worst transportation service ever, not recommended at ALL!!!
