Unreliable. Made an appointment, got a call that morning confirming and asking me to "please be on time". After waiting for nearly 20 min they told me it would be a longer wait or I could schedule to see somebody else. Decided to leave and will not be going back.

Pues está muy bien acomodado todo, buen servicio para los que se cortan el cabello pero para los que esperamos nos dejan en una banca de madera bastante incómoda pero te dan agüita XD

Excelente servicio, te tratan como rey, he ido a todas las sucursales del D.F. y la experiencia es igual de agradable, sólo en Polanco que es muy pequeño hay 2 o 3 sillas para esperar. Tómate un whiskey antes de que te pongan la toalla caliente, al final de la rasurada acabarás súper relajado.

I went for a head shave. It was a straight razor shave. At 300 pesos, it should be well done. I should have a smooth head after a shave, I did not. The whole back of my head was clear, tactile stubble with a few patches of hair much longer than stubble. I had David, who was really pleasant and speaks English quite well. However I didn't notice him check his work with any attentiveness, with either his hand or just a close look over my head. My wife was waiting so I was not paying full attention and checking for these things to be done until he'd wiped my head with a cool wet towel and I was out of the chair and paying. This hipster bandwagon gains nothing from overpriced, poor quality work.
With some practice or due diligence I'm sure David is capable of doing a much better job. Maybe he just needed a reminder to not get complacent.
