Top notch service and the vehicles were in tip top condition. My flight landed 30 minutes earlier and my drive was already waiting for me. I pointed out how lucky I felt, and he told me they follow up notifications about flight changes. That's professionalism. On the way back they also picked me up on time. Very friendly and polite drivers. Clean vehicles. I am a woman traveling solo. I recommend it.

Used this service to travel from San Miguel de Allende to Leon. It was so easy & convenient. Prices are also very reasonable. I paid less than a third of what it would have costed me to take a taxi. I will definitely use them again!

I arranged for BajiaGo to collect me and my wife and baby from Mexico City airport and take us to San Miguel (4.5 hour drive). They confirmed beforehand that they would provide a suitable baby carrier/seatbelt for our daughter (15 months) but hen they turned up they had sent a different taxi company to collect us and we didn't find out until he was loading the car that there was no baby carrier. We shouldn't have got in the vehicle but we were into our 19th hour of travel with the baby and so we travelled without one. They have not been in touch to offer any kind of apology or discount or explanation. The baby needless to say was awake for all but 30 minutes of the journey and we could have done with some respite! I wish I could give zero stars but the system won't let me.

driving in mexico is about the same as driving in the USA. a friend and i were planning a road trip to Xilitla (6+ hours away) and looked into car rental at various places. most of the big companies are in the next big city. not far but that's an extra thing to bother with. then we found BajioGo! it's quite expensive at about $100 USD per day. but the car was delivered/picked up right from our house. we were able to communicate with the agent in english (whew!). top notch service and the car was in tip top condition. i highly recommend it for the convenience.

Hello everyone, I just visited San Miguel De Allende this past September for their independence night, I arrived at the airport with 2 More family members and my luggage, I was received by a really nice man he escorted us to the private shuttle and along were other several passengers also American Citizens, very very safe ride to San Miguel De Allende, only a 2 hour ride for us that night, we dropped off the nearest person to their location and then we were dropped off, as we arrived to our house in San Miguel De Allende, the church bells went off and the fireworks began to shower the night sky, very pleased, very beautiful and will return to San Miguel De Allende for a longer vacation period, thank you Bajio Go for your sage hospitality from the airport to you!

This is by far and away the best shuttle service I have ever used!! I have traveled the world for many years and I can say with confidence that BajioGo have been the most timely, consistent shuttle service I have experienced. I have been coming to San Miguel De Allende for many years and have tried both other services and individual drivers. All have not lived up to my expectations. BajioGo is fantastic to work with because they have great customer service in English and Spanish and also service all the needed destinations close to SMA. Highly recommened!!!!

Great shuttle service. I travel a lot back to England and every time I need to get to Mexico City International Airport I use BajioGo (15 times this year already!). Great drivers, wonderful customer service. Highly highly recommend this company!

Cancelled three times by calling, once by email, when I made the reservation they said driver would arrive at 06:30. Driver came at 07:30 even though cancelled. Have used many times always OK. BUT their reservation system is appalling and never answer emails.

Very professional staff and timely service. We didn't call them until we arrived at BJX (you are supposed to reserve in advance!) and they were there within 15 minutes. We were lucky! We booked on line for the return ride, received an email confirm, and the van arrived a few minutes early. The driver handles your luggage, the van is very clean, comfy and cool. Be sure you know how long your ride will be and plan accordingly (bathroom, snack, water). The vans do not stop prior to their destination. Wonderful value!

Absolutely perfect. Picked us up in a new Toyota van and took us to the Leon airport. On time. Pleasant ride shared with 4 other passengers. Just give yourself enough lead time and you won't be disappointed.
