Their mobile banking apps frequently fail and they don't care about fixing them and the inconvenience that it brings. You can wait an hour for help only for them to tell you to call the corporate office as if it's not their job to help you

Una hora y nada más pasó una persona con los ejecutivos hay un monto de gente en la entrada eso si vendiendo tarjetas pero servicio no les importa
