Not a happy client!!!
Today was my 5th visit to the store, everybody smiles without resolving the problem, just want to take advantage of the clients.
This started a couple of month ago, my daughter’s phone had to be changed for a problem it manifested, I was asked to pay for the exchanged of the phone, I asked if o can upgrade it? They said NO! Has to be the same exact model.
I paid for it and was given a new “phone”, a week later the cámara became loose and went again.
They exchanged the phone again. I asked about the guarantee they said 90 days from the first repurchase
A few weeks later some lines appeared on the display, I managed to go today, to be told that it was damaged by water(not true) and that they recommend to buy a newer version instead of this one???? And they are willing to make installments to help me?
WHY SHOULD I TRUST THEM THAT THIS TIME THEY GAVE ME A WORKING PHONE? BUT OF COURSE I HAVE TO PAY BECOUSE THEY ARE NOT SURE IT WAS DAMAGED BY WATER????
Not happy at all with them.
This is the first Apple Store in México. The employees are always happy to serve you, either for buying an iPhone or earphones, helping you with your device or even with the Today at Apple events.
The store is newly opened and not very busy considering it's the first in Mexico. Like other apple stores, there is a huge number of staff members who are pleasant and eager to please. All the staff I spoke with were kind enough to ask me if I preferred speaking in English or Spanish. I had a Genius bar appointment which was on-time and efficient. I wasn't satisfied with the outcome of my appointment and felt they didn't give me a satisfactory solution to my problem.
The shopping center doesn't have good signage to find the store (none of those "you are here" kind of maps of this giant mall). It's right next to the El Palacio "home store" on the second floor in the newer section of the mall.
