Overall, a well spent 3.5 hours. The ATV and zipline experiences were a bit tame, but I really enjoyed the different options to dive into the cenote. The lunch was light, but satisfying.

Feels like a run down place with old equipment and dangerous cenote ( not sure it was even natural), the zip lining platforms are hard to get to and wobbly. The ATVs will burn your foot if not wearing shoes. Booked last minute near Cancun marina mall near aquarium and itinerary said horseback riding included but when we reached there they flatly said no and the guy was even laughing when we were trying to explain the situation. I would stay away unless you are getting extremely cheap like under $40 usd.

Purchased the unlimited photos, they give you a disc and also say that they will send digitally if you contact them via email or WhatsApp. I have attempted to contact them several times via WhatsApp and email, but no response. The activities were ok, they are unorganized and seemed to be somewhat unsafe when climbing stairs during zipline activity.

This is a great place. Just visited them last week. ATV, zip lining and a picturesque xenote all in one place. Transportation back and forth was hassle-free. Staff made us feel safe with their attention to detail. Most importantly, staff was very warm and pleasant at all times. At the time of sign in they had noted our preference for vegetarian meals and made sure we get a satisfying platter. The food served was very homely and we were truly fed and treated like guests. They truly live up to their name, ATV amazing, is truly amazing.

Disappointed! They lost my ID and nobody wanted to take the responsibility. They stop communicating with me after I was trying to find out what actually happened. I should be satisfied with an answer that they don’t know where my ID is. No, didn’t worth it.

Levi was amazing, they are super friendly and great hospitality I wish for the zip line we could have used our phones to take pictures but they don’t let us for “safety”. Tourist I recommend bringing cash or currency from ur country to tip they are worth it. I love that they picked me up from my hotel and the food was great.

Where to start?! They really do put the amazing in “ATZ amazing. I came here after doing some research on my own and boy am I glad I did. It was the only excursion the significant other and I got to do while on vacation and it couldn’t have went better. From the people who schedule, to the people at the front desk, to the wonderful tour guide Alexa, to the rest of the team like Carlos and Erik, to the photographers. Alexa was a very fun guide and would highly recommend! Also a word of advice, bring extra money for the pictures! I made the mistake of not carrying enough because I’ve never been one to buy pictures. I didn’t realize how good they would turn out! The team of photographers was astounding. Customer service went the extra mile and found a way to let me purchase after the fact . All in all, a very good trip. Thanks to all involved! Hopefully see y’all next year! Muchas gracias.

Really fun, unlike other tours in the area this one will actually let you do all the activities for a good amount of time we had about 40 minutes for each activity before going to lunch.Levi and Alexa were really nice very welcoming.Christian the photographer was very nice as well.

Sergio (tour guide) was very rude and disrespectful. I would not go back there. There are much better options for similar prices. Look around for different tours I would not recommend this one.

Incredibly beautiful place where you get hours of back-to-back fun with many different activities. Our tour guides, Alexa and Levi, were incredible and they made our time there so much fun -- very customer centered! Highly recommended.

My family and I had so much fun with ATV Amazing! This was definitely one of our most memorable experiences in Cancun. For most of us it was our first time zip lining, driving an ATV, and jumping into a refreshing Cenote. Karlos, Carlos, and the entire staff were very friendly and motivated us to not be afraid and just live in the moment and have some fun! The admission price was very fair. We paid $45 per person and our day was packed with adventure. For $45 (US money) we zip lined, drove ATV's, went to a Cenote, and we were fed delicious food. We purchased all of our pictures (349 taken in total) for an additional price and the pictures came out perfect and clean!
Thank you so much ATV Amazing for the wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this activity to anyone going to Cancun and looking to try something new.response / report this review -

We had an AMAZING time. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Karlos was our tour guide and he was THE BEST(ten thumps up) I will most definitely visit again!!!
