Wonderful bus station, staff is very helpful. This is the major bus station in the city, gets crowded at certain hours.

You can meet really nice people, who are traveling, while you're waiting for your bus. The thing is that the bus usually arrives late.

Not too bad. Free WiFi and chargers here. Atm, small shop and chairs. Pay restroom. The guy who served me spoke english.

Great bus line. Nearly always on time. Comfortable and clean. It is best to buy tickets a day or two ahead of time and you'll save quite a bit of money. Also, if you look on their website you can find good discounts on their GL and Platino class bus trips. They are fantastic.

It's an average bus station with everything you need to take a bus :) Also they got free WiFi like in every ADO terminal :)

The place is dirty and the bathroom are stinky. Service is bad, they don't like to explain hours and how the departures work. Our bus wasn't announced and we missed it but the local knew about it and boarded it; the guy in charge made fun of us, so unprofessional!

The bus was exceptionally clean and comfortable. If traveling through Mexico, ado is the way to go.

Excellent transportation hub. Even as a non Spanish speaker it was easy to buy tickets and board our bus at the specified time.
