  Great food and grocery store. Has Game Store next to it and many other electronics, food, drug stores, utility shops and Banks. Prices are abit high as compared to most Malawian stores for the same products.

  It has a wide range of products from food stuffs to toiletries and many more. I love their fast food section, the sausage rolls are something you should try. The service by the til can be a bit slow sometimes. Sometimes you find that there are so many tills but only few of them will have people serving the customers.

  Certain groceries like deodorant, pampers and food stuff like meat are pricey. The service given at the till is also slow most times which makes customers opt for other retail shops like Sana stores. However, some of the staff do offer good customer service.

  Shoprite is liked by me because of their beacon. I mean it's like this is the only place with Beacon in Blantyre. If you need beacon then this is the place.

  Shoprite is exactly what you would expect from a large(ish) supermarket in Malawi. Be wary of ingredients going off in store (but TIA). Otherwise it's a decent store for a decent part of your weekly shop. Handy tip: the best shopping times are before 11am on a Sunday as most people will be in church.

  was good to see south african brands on the shelves. place was clean contrary to what I have read on social media about hygiene in the store. prices are questionable.
