Slow service because of long queues. I'd recommend going to the Makata office in the Makata Industrial Area (next to Siku Transport).
You could spend a full working day here just to get service at one counter on a busy day.
Peak periods are end of month and end of year. Avoid getting anything done at these times.
Carry an energy bar or two to nibble on the queue.response / report this review -

To much congestion and less attendants which grooms corruption and unethical behaviour. For simple renewal of driving licence a better option is the centre in Makata, near The Siku Transport headquarters
