  You will get better services using this bank whenever you are in Malawi than those local banks, at least you are saved by this bank. Their services just okay according with my experience.

  Don’t use this bank! They are not loyal. I was trying to take money from the ATM and they didn’t give me the notes. But they proceed the charge in my account. We tried to fix the issue but they didn’t want to talk. They didn’t want to give my money back. I think the bank stole me. So sad. Crook people.

  They stole us 80000 kwachas. After tiping our card pin in their ATM, the ATM told us that the transaction was not successful and it will reverted. But it was never reverted. So, we have 80000 kwachas less in our account. That's how National Bank makes money. Do you think the malawian police is corrupt? Try with National Bank.

  The National Bank of Malawi is one of the local bank which offers international standard services. You will get better service in this bank compared to other local banks (same quality like Standard bank)
