Internet is fast sometimes, but mostly the wifi doesnt even work. And these days its been so slow. The customer service is the worst of all. They ignore ur complain when the wifi internet doesn't, they say they'll call back and the next thing u know is they already knocked off. They do not even try to fix the problem. I've been complaining for 1 week, but the internet still doesn't work. I'm really disappointed as I've been using globe internet for many years. The quality has dropped dramatically.
