worst airport in the history of airports, the terminal is the size of a house, you can barely fit everyone on the whole flight inside, not to mention it can only accommodate one big plane at a time. the airport is very cluster phobic and is very very very small. i hope it can be upgraded greatly in the near future. however for now it is still a functioning airport and it efficiency is quite okay, but there some baggage mishaps from time to time due to the limited tech

Aircons not switched on in departure hall. No Staff interested to assist to get it sorted. Place full of people children sweating! It's just not acceptable! No authorities want to assist all pass the buck.

Small place and peaceful atmosphere herethe open space view at the waiting area is very heartwarmingthey could benefit from improvement in customer services. Staff are somehow respectful. However some staff beg for gift and cash. this is not professionalthey should desist from such acts.

My child checked in 2hrs early and wanted to come and say goodbye but was not allowed to come back out after check in. I think considering that their airport isnt like other airports they should allow loved ones to come and say goodbye after the bags have been checked in. Its not like they are taking anything out or not going through the scanners. Pliz change that make it less of a problem for loved ones to say goodbye especially if its young children flying out. Thank you.

Don't expose your wallet and currency in hand baggage, during check up these security guys ask for money directly. Poor rules even for small USD currency they ask receipts and demand to give some amount.
