We got the service of night fishing here.
The staff asked me to pay cash only and also over charge me for my baby daughter also.
The fishing experience was wonderful and we caught over 3 fish per person.

Don't let the fancy office fool u, its like a salesman wearing the best suit and selling u the worst package. Once u pay and leave on the boat then u understand the mistake it was
Went to see the wale sharks with them. The crew was bad, unpleasant and really not professional. Food was a joke and left everyone hungry. Schedule was never there.
Save yourself the day and go to another company

Icom Maldives is the leading speed boat service provider in Maafushi with its daily transfers from Maafushi to airport and Male'. Booking tickets is very easy, u can either visit their front office or just book online. Ferries always arrives on time assuring that no customers miss their flight or important meetings. The price has reduced dramatically within previous date bringing down the rates that locals can afford. Like the rest of the fields, price is bit higher for foreigners. If you wanna little privacy in travelling, you can go for the option of hiring a speedboat from Icom
They also provide high speed internet service to the whole island Highly recommended place

👎🏿Would never recommend! They're very rude and very unprofessional and we, too, were victims of their false information. Don't be duped by this company!

I hope there's a negative rating here or i would give that to iComtours. Be warned! Never take excursions from this company if you don't want to ruin your vacation. Better take from your hotel. ICom has misrepresented a package in one island resort that doesn't exist anymore! Others say they're good? Well, you'll know until you're faced with some issues like misrepresentations by them and you get to deal with their VERY, VERY RUDE MANAGER, IBRAHIM. He' s so unbecoming of a manager who was so rude and defensive instead of being apologetic. He even challenged us to file a complaint. I think the good reviews they received has got into this proud man's head. I pity him! tsk! tsk!

We loved our experience with Icom. They videoed and photographed our entire journey. We had an amazing trip snorkeling with dolphins, turtles, and night fishing. Will definitely return and use them again.

Their gear and boats are up to date and they take the time to even put dish soap in your masks to prevent fogging! The guides are pleasant and informative. I really appreciate how much English is spoken in front of us so we don't assume they are talking about us. It's respectful. My advice is to use them no matter where you are staying..

Icom provides a wide range of tours from transfer, snorkerling, whale shark expedition, dophin watching, resorts visitThey are always energetic, enthusiastic and very passionate. Moosa at Icom is very helpful and full of enegry in taking photos for us so we can have great photos after the trip. I highly recommend this agency for those who come to maafushi.
For snorkerling, they provide beach tower, snorkerling gears, light meal (bananas, apples, chocolate snack and water). I think it is enough and suitable for water activity. Other tours provide heavy meal on sand bank

If you buy the ticket in advance, you can not change time, and can not refundable.
I suggest you buy only one leg from airport to maafushi.
And you can buy the ticket in the morning at this office from maafushi to airport. Thank you.

The snorkelling and day trip packages are cheap but then you get what you pay for.

Just because they're the biggest doesn't mean they're the best. Very poor customer service skills. I never give 1 star on reviews either!

We hired an all inclusive package to visit a private resort in Maldives; there was a hidden surcharge for using a visa card. In addition to this, they did not provide us with a snorkel kit (as they said) so we had to rent it at the destination resort. Very unprofessional staff. If visiting Mufaashi when travelling to Maldives, I would recommed you to hire excursions through your hotel, never to Icom Tours.
