We highly reccomand to stay in the amazing Thoddoo Retreat Guesthouse!
You have to know, the it'a local Island and no Resort!
We had the best time with the owners, they are perfect hosts! They are very friendly, they help you with anything, they organized the transport, they offer great excursions, the room was big with a modern hot rainshower, air condition, fridge, every day fresh towels and cleaning of the room, you can borrow bicycles and snorkeling equipment for free!
You get a nice Maldives breakfast, which is included and they offer delicious lunch and dinner in the guesthouse (10$ including drinks and all you can eat buffet).
We would come back again for sure!

We stayed in Maldives for 15 days on 6 different islands. The owners of this resort gave us the best experience we had on any island or hotel.
They are attentive, kind, the place is lovely, and they make sure your stay is amazing.
The owner once was a highly acclaimed manager at a 5 star resort (at least that's what he tells me). It shows. We felt like we were royalty and were given a 5-star experience at a guest house.

Very Friendly Staff. Had stayed 2 nights here during Dec 2017. They helped us with Snorkeling. Great place with Young Kids or Toddlers. They can play with sand all day under shed. Food is also great.

Luxury at affordable prices
A wonderful experience of Maldivian hospitality and affordable paradise. The guest house has excellent facilities, the staff really make the place, especially Abdullah and Iku. The food is amazing - local breakfast choice comes highly recommended!! We will be back very soon.response / report this review -

Это не резорт. И на это надо делать поправку. Но на острове, как нам показалось, это лучший отель. Главный плюс - отношение управляющего менеджера и его команды к гостям. Они сделают всё, что в их силах, чтобы вы остались довольны отдыхом.

Великолепный хозяин гостевого дома - Абдулла, а также очень классная его команда! Помогут абсолютно во всем. Очень дружелюбные и позитивные ребята. Также отдельное спасибо Диане ;) Если вы выберете этот гостевой дом, то вы будете чувствовать себя в абсолютной безопасности и можете рассчитывать на любую поддержку и помощь.
+Абдулла периодически устраивает бесплатную барбекю вечеринку для своих гостей
+Абдулла и Диана без проблем вместе с вами сходят на снорклинг и покажут классные места около острова
+рядом есть небольшой магазинчик (в котором есть все необходимое)
+Джуно очень классно готовил завтраки
+чистые номера
+ежедневная уборка
+отсутствие насекомых в номерах
+полностью работающая техника (кондиционеры, вентиляторы, телевизоры, холодильники)
+можно пользоваться кухней и готовить, что угодно
+на открытой террасе установлены электронные средства защиты от москитов
+бесплатные велосипеды
+бесплатные маски, ласты, трубки
+каждый раз при уборке вам ставят большую холодную бутылку минералки в номере

Very nice and helpful people. Very good local breakfast. They beach is very clean. They took us for snorkeling and turtle safari which was awesome, we seen ref sharks, the eagle ray as well. Beautiful experience.A Must visit.

It's the paradise on earth! The guest house is made with lots of passion and you can see that the team was working in luxury resorts before. They brought it to their home island. We did lots of snorkeling trips including swimming with dolphins. It was amazing! Thoddoo is having a private beach for the guests. Its 10 min walk from the guest house. You will see lots of farms on the way. Thoddoo is one of the biggest fruits and vegetables supplier in Maldives. This is why Thoddoo is very green and not crowded. I loved it and i will be for sure a repeat guest of Thoddoo Retreat! Thanks to the Team!
