Overall a good experience. But I gave 2 stars as I had great expectations with food quality but every meal had some items that were not fresh. But loved the presentation of food.

Great variety of food, local and international. Fruit juices are always blended with the finest selection of taste and flavor. One notbly attraction is the selection of desserts (cakes/sweets) that never fails to kickstart or end your meal.

Good frontal view of the ocean and is directly facing the expensive Gili Lanakfushi Resort. YES, it’s sharing the same spot of turqouise water at a much affordable pricing. Will be back for more.

The Lagoon is located in the water villas section of Paradise Island resort at Maldives, and thus is very, very quiet and has friendly atmosphere, compared to the other big restaurant Bageecha on the resort. It gives live barbeque most of the days. It's never too crowded, even though it's open for only 1.5 hrs.
It has open air seating, just next to a lagoon, and one can enjoy the sight of fish schools while having one's breakfast.

Just loved this place. Great view to have your breakfast with. Breakfast here is $5 more per person for the same buffet found on the middle of the island but I feel it is worth it. I enjoyed many of the food options there including some Maldivian exclusives though my inner child found chocolate covered waffles to be the most enjoyable in the morning while staring out into the sea. My wife on the other hand became tired of the exact same buffet everyday. That is the one downside but should not bother most unless your stay is a full week.
