Very old and unclean rooms. No lift. Wifi not available in rooms (no range). Only iron is available and have to use bed to press. No complementary water bottles or coffee in room provided.

The receptionist was nice and polite while the room service attendent was a bit rude to answering some questions . On the other hand , we had no phone in the so called "suite" room and had to go to the lobby to give our food order. Moreover , most of the TV channels were not working either. Found a few problems with the bed as the tiles were not properly fixed . There was a mini bar . However , not even a single water bottle was there and it was switched off. Furthermore, we were told that the mini bar isn't going to be filled and had to carry a bottle of water to our room by ourselves.
