This place serves excellent buffet lunch and have heard the breakfast here is good as well. We tried the juices and found it great. The ambience here is great with a small seating area on the first floor. Being right under the corporate head office of Dhiraagu this place is busy specially in the afternoon. Overall a good spot for quick bites and lunch.

A good range of dishes and good coffee, only 4 stars because it is quite pricey (European prices). Service is generally good, the AC is welcome but most of the times I've been there the wifi has been terrible.

Not the most impressive place.
I asked about the table top offer card, which the waitress had no idea about, plus there is no mention as to the cost?? Eventually she found out more info on them and I chose one. When it was served the best before date had expired by 2 years! I took it down to notify the staff, they apologized which is fine and they then looked at the others in the counter and checked for another / others, they also we're past there best before date apart from 2, neither of which I wanted. So changed for something else completely.
We had ordered food, mine, a bagel with salmon and cream cheese.
When it arrived, 30min later! There was a home made bagel (👍) but a tiny little cube of cream cheese on the side of the plate and and 1 measly looking piece of salmon. Not enough to fill half the bagel.
I took this down to the counter and asked if I could have more salmon to make it a complete bagel. The response turned into a dispute with everyone at the counter, with there response being:
"we sever it with only half a portion"
"If you want more salmon you will have to pay"
My response : "why do you not say that on the menu?" If it had said half salmon bagel I wouldn't have a problem as I would be expecting it and would probably not order it.
I would also like to add that when you order a salmon bagel anywhere in the world, you typically do not then have to reconstruct it yourself when it arrives, it should come ready made.
To recap, the waitress looked and sounded fed up, and not helpful, the service was slow, taking over 10mins for a drink to arrive, then 30mins for a sandwich. Severed out of date products, and charged for half portions.
The place was quiet with only around 5 tables occupied, therefore there should not be any reason for the poor service.
Score out of 10, 3/10
The only reason for the points was the décor of the space and the fact that one waiter apologized to me.
Unless something drastically changed I would not be going back any time soon, and I will not be recommending to anyone to go either.

Love the breakfast buffet. Reasonably priced and a reasonable selection of breakfast items. Kids friendly - and kids pay half of an adult.
