  Opening night was brilliant!
  
  Fantastic food, the head chef clearly understands flavour and technique.
  
  The venue is cleaned and tidy, modern.
  
  The down side was the service, more specifically the speed and tentativeness.
  The team were friendly, just not the quickest and most forward thinking floor staff.
  
  If they improve this they will be on to a winner.
  
  But the Food! That was the best bit!! Well done, will try again.
