Good for coffee and food. Maintains quality but service is slow. Have to be very patient. Needs improvement.

Rude servers. Asked for an ash tray, and server told me no despite every table in the place having one. Took forever to get service. Once ordering, took forever to get coffee. Asked for the bill, you guessed it, took forever. Payed bill and they did not return with change. Dirty table. Coffee was decent and reasonable price, but won't return or recommend. Tourists don't bother. They treat you like a dog. More important to be on their phone while at work.
