  first of all it took me 20 or more tries to get in contact with them, then i was surprised with a lame tone and made me feel they dont need much of appointments as if they have many. after all this when i arrived for my dental check up i had to wait 20 minutes from which i couldn't understand the meaning of appointment if i had to wait just as if its a token system.
