This is my biggest discovery in Hulhumale.
You cannot see this mosque from the main road except for a small portion of its green roof.
There is no signboard or directions to signify its presence.
Locals say it is the first mosque in Hulhumale but I'm not sure.
Currently it is located within a shipping company storage facilities.
The physical appearance is quite similar to mosques built by Muslim Chinese.
There are many wood panels inside with structures resembling lanterns.
These wood are rarely seen nowadays. Very hard and long lasting.
Arab Khat writings can be seen at the sidewall near its entrance.
This mosque provide prayer service for the dead from a nearby hospital.
It appears to me this mosque has a special history attached to it.response / report this review -

The first masjid of Hulhumaale.
