This ministry has been a big convenient for many people for years.. Too many old folks in authority and no improvement on several issues. Government Transportation Authority shouldn't be this difficult to serve in a country like this. This is not good. If requested, our country have well qualified people who can solve this problematic issue.

I submitted an application to register my vehicle on 24.12.2019. Today the date is 10.08.2020. Still the vehicle is not registered.
I have tried several times to reach them on this but they just keep avoiding giving several reasons. My apication is not rejected too. I can't reach them over the phone. How they deal with clients is very rude. Everyday I have to go there and confront them about this. One of the worst places you have to go in the country.response / report this review -
