Mala Boutique Inn is lovely small guesthouse with nice simple rooms and really kind and helpful staff. New linen, towels and beach towels are provided every day. Hotel offers also dining services so you don't need to search for food outside as the meals are very tasty. Trips to different islands, snorcheling, manta/turtle/whalesharks are also available for the same price as outside hotel so don't hesitate explore Maldives with another kind man from hotel staff named Sale.
We have nothing to complain about as we have been 100% happy with everything.
Bikini beach is few steps from the hotel and most of the time you are there alone as the island does not host so many people. In the sea you can easily see baby sharks, small rays and turtles so rent a paddleboard and explore the area!
Please note that Mala Boutique Inn is a guesthouse not resort so don't 5* hotel services. Rooms are simple but nice and clean, food is delicious but you can choose just from two meals (basically fish and chicken). The island Dhangethi is for those traveleres seeking the real Maldives and not fake world of resort. Anyway sea is not nice on the other side and turtles look the same both on Dhangethi bikini beach and the resort beach. Support local community and visit this tiny island in the middle of Indian Ocean :).
Emplacement de rêve, le repas se prend devant le coucher du soleil. équipe très sympa.
Chambres très agréables entourées de petits jardins.
Le propriétaire de l'hôtel organise facilement des escurtions pour snorkelig extraordinaire.
I stayed at the Mala Boutique about 2 months ago for a fortnight. It was a magical trip to danghethi, which is a very small but beautiful, secluded little local island on the Ari atoll. Hassan from the get go was most accommodating and helpful even before my arrival. They even arranged a one night stay for me in male upon arrival. The hotel has a beautiful serene setting with dining, right on the beach. The bikini beach is right next to it with options of all water sports and house reef sorkeling. Hammocks and relaxing spots can be found all around the island. The locals are very friendly and some quaint tourist shops and restaurants add to the enigma of this otherwise very quiet and deserted little paradide island. Madi the hotel staff was super friendly and very apt. They didn't say no to any of my requests, and i had many since I was travelling alone. The room was super clean and included all amenities of any 5 star hotel. The food was also excellent, very fresh and they had a variety of local and continental dishes incorporated in their menu. They arranged a very nice buffet for all the guests on the island on new years. Local bodu beri drums were played with the local girls dancing with us. We even flew paper lanterns and all in all everyone had a great time. The beach at night is magical as you can see plankton glowing on dark nights. Truly magical..
Wonderful view, nice and cleened rooms, very kind staff. High quality/price
Just like Paradise!!!
It was the best experience I've ever had in my live. Started from I arrived till my last day,
At the beggining I did't expect much but it turns "Wow" to me. Kudos to all the staff who tried their level best to meet my expectation. For sure I will come back again as I already fall in love to this place!
The staff was very friendly. when they told them we are vegans they made vegan dishes for us. The island is very nice and the room was cleaned every day. We really enjoyed staying there.
