Very good hotel. Very clean & nice pool with sauna & spa facilities. Hotel restaurant is expensive. It will cost around 30usd for 2ppl. If you are booking, book with full/half board coz night buffet is awesome. you don't wanna miss that

The Hotel was comfortable. Dining area was not great but you were allowed to dine at the bigger hotel belonging to the group which was an added perk. Great service

Really nice place , nice people, food is just fine if you are vegetarian. Kitchen staff helped us a lot for veg food. Room service and housekeeping was immaculate. We expected bigger rooms. This property of Kaani has only 12-14 rooms so you will get a quiet time. Front Desk people were amazing and so helpful. It is not ocean facing or does not have private beach but that's okay since you will get plenty of that on the island.

Service is lousy for the price you pay. If you ask for a bottle of water at 10pm, they will tell you to get it from the store. Avoid
To be fair, the pros:
the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well furnished
the pool is small but rarely used

We stayed in deluxe room with pool view. Best choice we made. The pool is literally outside our room, so we made full use of it.
The staff at Kaani Village were really really friendly and easy to get along with. They provided helpful information about the island and attractive snorkel packages (no hardselling). They were very accomodating to our requests.
The hotel is located just 2 minutes walk from the jetty, so it's really easy to find.
Breakfast is simply and adequate to satisfy your needs, with a variety of local Maldivian dishes to impress your palate.
In conclusion, well worth the money we paid for and a wonderful experience.response / report this review -

I had an amazing experience at kaani village and spa! The hotel was very nice and Babo and Rafik were especially very nice. Beautiful place, highly recommend going.

The hotel though has a 4 star rating in agoda etc, but in reality the rooms are very small and it is at the most 2 star for stay. The front lobby, the tour guides, restaurant people r really good.

Very nice location, close to the beach. The staff was wonderful, always available to help - the guys from the restaurant especially. Affordable prices considering the location. They offer trips and you can always find special offers.

Really friendly staff. We had a family room with balcony. There is a pool which was a great plus for kids. Everyday fresh water and room nicely cleaned. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel. A bit let-down is breakfast. I would appreciate more fruit selection/ yogurts, also different bread,etc. Also the service seemed a bit slow/ not organised efficiently. Otherwise our stay was fantastic. Thank you.
